Culture lovers have a new address in Montreal: the Laurent & Clark, a brand new and unique residential development, located at the center of Quartier des spectacles, has just been unveiled by developer Rachel Julien.
Conceived by some of the greatest design and architecture names in Quebec, Ysabel Gauvreau (Gauvreau Design) and Jean-Pierre LeTourneux (Menkès Shooner Dagenais LeTourneux, architects), the two towers that will be erected in two phases, have very distinctive characteristics and personalities. Laurent runs along De Maisonneuve Boulevard. Clark is nearby, on the street of the same name. The two buildings are twins—but not identical! They share everything, so that residents can enjoy the best of both worlds: outside, there are parties, concerts, shows, museums, the best food, and a wealth of trendy boutiques; inside, a comfortable, serene, and peaceful setting awaits at home.
Laurent & Clark’s residents will have access to common spaces designed specifically to meet all their needs – a lounge for fun, a spa for relaxation and well-being, a fitness room with an old-school boxing gym and a crossfit gym, and last but not least, a large terrace on the 4th floor where residents will have a front row seat to all the shows and festivals. The Laurent & Clark will also have its own concierge service offering its occupants, in partnership with numerous cultural organizations, shops, and restaurants of Quartier des spectacles, a wide range of exclusive offers and services.
